Through our partners we have access to special agreements with some of the world's best luxury hotels. The hotels reward guests who book through their so-called Preferred Partner programs with extra perks.

At selected hotels you can get free breakfast for two, a hotel credit of around 100 USD for the restaurant or spa, a chance of a room upgrade and much more, without paying separately for the perks.

The hotel pays us a commission for the booking. That's why you don't pay us anything to get the perks.

No. As a rule you pay the hotel's own rate, and sometimes even less.

Through our agreements with luxury hotels around the world we can offer the same flexible rates as on the hotels' own websites. In some cases we also have access to special promotional rates, so you actually save money.

The difference is that you also get extra perks like free breakfast for two, a hotel credit of around 100 USD, a chance of a room upgrade and much more, without paying extra for them.

Flexible rates usually also come with free cancellation until a few days before your stay, so you can book with peace of mind.

You always see the exact price, your perks and the cancellation terms before you book. Prices depend on the hotel, offers and booking terms.

Yes. When you book through suitestay, the reservation is made with the hotel through our official partner agreements, not through booking sites like Booking.com or Expedia. This means:

• You still earn hotel points. With participating hotel chains like Marriott you keep earning loyalty points and qualifying nights when the stay meets the program's terms.
• You keep your member benefits. If you already have status with the hotel chain, the benefits that come with it can still apply.
• You get partner perks on top. Depending on the hotel, you can get free breakfast, a hotel credit, a chance of a room upgrade and other perks.
• The reservation is with the hotel. You get a booking confirmation and can contact the hotel directly about your stay. Payment and cancellation follow the terms of the rate you chose.

Payment goes directly to the hotel. We don't charge anything for your stay, and in most cases you only pay on arrival or departure, depending on the hotel's terms.

• Your card is a guarantee. When you book, you enter your card details to guarantee the reservation. With regular, flexible rates you are normally not charged at booking, but the hotel may place a temporary hold on your card.
• You pay the hotel. For most stays you settle up at check-in or check-out. The money goes to the hotel, not to suitestay.
• Some rates require prepayment. If you choose a prepaid or non-refundable rate, the hotel may charge all or part of the amount before arrival.

You always see the payment and cancellation terms before you confirm your booking.

You can change or cancel your reservation according to the hotel's terms. Many rates have free cancellation, and you can often sort it out directly with the hotel.

• Self-service. After booking you get a confirmation with your booking number. At many hotels you can use the number on the hotel's own website to change or cancel.
• Flexible cancellation. Many of our rates have free cancellation until a set date before arrival. The deadline and any fees are always shown before you confirm your booking.
• Help from us. Can't sort it out with the hotel, or would you rather have help? Write to us at malthe.jensen@fora.travel and we'll help. We reply within one working day.

The perks come from our Preferred Partner agreements, so the booking platform requires a personal login before you can see prices, availability and the perks that come with your stay.

• Free and no commitment. Creating a profile costs nothing, and you're not committing to a booking. We only need your name and email.
• Quick activation. Your profile is usually activated within 1-2 working days, often within a few hours.
• See prices and perks. Once your profile is active, you can explore hotels, compare prices and see which perks come with each stay, e.g. free breakfast for two, a hotel credit and a chance of a room upgrade.
• Book yourself, when it suits you. You search hotels, check availability and complete the reservation directly on the platform.

The hotel credit, typically 100 USD, is given per room per stay, not per night.

So you get the amount once for the whole stay, and it's often higher if you book a larger suite. The credit is deducted automatically from your bill at check-out.

• What can it be used on? Usually freely in the hotel's own restaurants and bars, on room service and in the spa.
• Exceptions. Some hotels have restrictions, e.g. that the credit only applies in the spa, or that it doesn't cover outside shops in the lobby.
• Clear terms before booking. You see the exact amount and terms for your hotel on the partner platform before you confirm your booking.

Note: The credit has no cash value and isn't refunded if you don't use the full amount before check-out.

No. You don't need to book the most expensive luxury hotels to get the perks.

With suitestay you'll find hotels in several price ranges, with prices starting from around 700 DKK per night, depending on destination, hotel and travel dates.

We work with Fora Travel, an international travel agency that gives us access to the hotels' Preferred Partner agreements.

When you want to book, you're sent on to Fora's secure booking platform. There you can explore hotels, compare prices and see exactly which perks come with your stay, e.g. free breakfast, a hotel credit and a chance of a room upgrade.

When you complete the booking, the reservation is registered in your name with the hotel, and you get a reservation confirmation. You see all payment and cancellation terms before you confirm.

Yes, in the vast majority of cases. All our bookings are direct reservations with the hotel, so they count as qualifying stays. You get our partner perks and keep your own:

• Points and nights. You earn points and status nights, e.g. with Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors or World of Hyatt, just as you normally would.
• Benefits stack. If you already have elite status with a hotel chain, the hotel will in most cases add your existing benefits on top of the partner perks, e.g. even higher priority for upgrades.
• Enter your number at checkout. Enter your loyalty number when you complete the booking on the partner platform, and it's linked to the reservation right away.
